# What are we doing?
## Building a Decentralized Agora
At Decentragora, we are creating a decentralized collective that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth in the Ethereum ecosystem. Drawing inspiration from ancient Greek agoras, we aim to empower a community that values environmental sustainability, privacy, and decentralization.
Our vision is to establish a self-sustaining ecosystem that offers membership tiers with various benefits and a range of services, such as coworking spaces, hacker houses, and immersive tech retreats. With our dApp we aims to foster innovation, collaboration, and growth through its unique membership model, on-chain reputation system, and comprehensive range of services.
### Digital Infrastructure
1. **On-chain Memberships**: We have designed an innovative subscription model that utilizes non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for on-chain memberships, providing various benefits and services based on the member's subscription tier.
2. **Anti-Sybil ID**: We are working on an Anti-Sybil ID method to aggregate reputation scores across the EVM and reflect them on-chain, creating a robust Sybil detection method and a system for identifying credible on-chain entities while minimizing bias.
3. **Oaths and dAgoric Pledges via the** [**Attestation Station**](https://community.optimism.io/docs/governance/attestation-station/)**:** We are creating a reputation scale and social graph out of on-chain declarations. We can use complete graph theory to measure the collective and our commitments. And graphQL to visualize the network.\

4. **ZKPTech**: As privacy advocates, we're exploring zero-knowledge technology and other solutions to preserve user privacy without compromising security, including stealth addresses on Ethereum.
### Physical Infrastructure
1. **Coworking Spaces**: Strategically located coworking spaces will provide members with a collaborative work environment, complete with high-speed internet, meeting rooms, and other amenities. Our first location/POC is in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
2. **Hacker Houses**: Temporary housing options for members, particularly entrepreneurs and developers, will facilitate collaboration and accelerate innovation. We have a location planned for this near our first coworking space.
3. **Tech Retreats**: Immersive tech retreats in various locations worldwide will enable members to escape daily routines, focus on innovation, network, and achieve personal growth. Recently, we realized that a rural setting is perfect for this. And as such, we have dedicated the last few months to establishing a POC and researching ways to make tech gardens possible.
### Future Endeavors
1. **OPen Research and Public Goods**: We aspire to power superpowered public goods through regenerative R\&D and RPGF, enabling a more sustainable and open future for all.
2. **Innovative Ethereum Standards and Improvement Proposals**: We aim to leverage emerging Ethereum standards like ERC-4337 and delegate functions to develop 'smart accounts' that reduce the risk of users losing access to their digital assets.
3. **Agriculture x Blockchain**: In the long term, we plan to tap into opportunities at the intersection of agriculture and blockchain, as well as cutting-edge advancements in AI and cryptography.
By championing these initiatives, Decentragora is committed to becoming a driving force for sustainable and decentralized innovation in Alberta, Canada, and beyond. Through our digital and physical infrastructures, we are paving the way for a vibrant, forward-thinking community to thrive within the infinite garden of Ethereum.
